    Bumping since I'm a cookie monster, just what I needed! I guess if I used my gluten free steel cut oats I'd have to cook them first, will try to find some rolled ones to start with. Love the applesauce and the spices and the no added sugar.

    I think I'll make 2 batches, one with applesauce, one with oil, and I'll also test freezing them.

    I'm making some now. I replaced the oil with applesauce and the dried fruit with 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips. :heart: According to my calculations (making 24 cookies) it's 52 calories, 10 carbs, 1 fat, 1 protein per cookie. Can't wait to eat one!
