My wife drank a protein shake exactly once. I watched in horror as she transformed before my eyes into an exact copy of Dana Lynn Bailey. She cried for help as she continued to transform into The Hulk. All from one serving of 32 grams of protein. Now I'm married to The Hulk, 0/10 would not buy again.

    Actually LOLed at this.

I've never heard about that!? I drink a protein shake daily (of course mine is for Bariatric reasons but I love them!)

My protein shakes and quest bars would have to be pried out of my cold, dead hands in order for me to give them up. Not happening.

LOL I would have laughed. People who make shakes for a living are not nutritionists. I would have reminded her of that fact, but I'm mean when I'm hungry.

You're not you when you're hungry. Have a Snickers instead.

I guess the prevailing thought is that womez only wanna be skinny.
I think that's why some people think women shouldn't drink protein shakes.
    But that's dumb.

This is up there with that doctor that told my mom in the 70's she shouldn't jog/run regularly because women's reproductive parts aren't "built for it". It's f*cking 2014 and you still hear this kind of baloney?
