    *Standing ovation* A worthy candidate for MFP Legend: Side Steel.

    I would still be stuck today, had he not challenged my calories in. At the time I was lucky to be eating 300 calories a day ~ on a good day. Listened to him + Acg67 + Sarauk4sf and PROGRESS was made. Direct and indirect coaching. Love them all!
