Is it bad to work out at night?

if its a good workout you will not have to worry about going to sleep hit the sack right away, you should spent from the exercise. the draw back is, it will probably be a short rest and then possibly a sustained period of being alert.0

if I had to work out in the morning, I'd definitely fail. However, in my experience, if I exercise too close to bedtime (like within an hour's time frame) I have had a hard time going to sleep. Usually I try to finish up by 9pm and hit the bed around 10:30-11... that's just my personal issues... whatever works for the individual... but burning calories is burning calories...0

I hope it's not bad! My workout times are anywhere from 8pm-11pm!0
