I just went back and did some math.... in the past seven days, alcohol accounted for 2,869 of my calories... good thing I drink it straight.... I guess I should do something about it. Like start skipping lunch.0

Diet soda. One can with dinner. The rest of the day I try to stick with water because I can't stand tea/coffee.0

Herbal tea's in the cooler months, and iced tea or non carbonated drinks (or some sort of iced caffeine if not working the next morning) during the warmer.0

I drink water with lots ice plus at times in the long winter months I drink hot chocolate ( only Ghirardelli )

Water if I've worked out, usually a diet soda with dinner. Wine once a week if I feel like it.
ATTENTION WHISKEY DRINKERS!!!! I have a bottle of whiskey and I have no idea of how to drink it. I've tried a whiskey sour. My only guess is I mixed it way wrong because it was disgusting.

I love carbonated drinks, so I bought a soda stream. I drink it plain, or it's really good with lime/lemon juice. Or diet pepsi.0

When I need to conserve calories, I drink straight whiskey. 69 calories an oz.

Water. Sometimes a glass of milk or warmed vanilla milk. Quite often I will have a cup of hot herbal tea sweetened with honey. Just depends on what I feel like.0
