This is a photo of me at 190 pounds and today at 155ish. My heaviest was 206, and I'm kind of glad I don't have any photos of me at that weight.

How long did it take you? I started out right at 190 lbs. myself.0 -

Well done, lookin good mam !!0

The whole process of going from 206 to 155 has taken about a year. The first 35 pounds came off in about 5 months, and the last 15 took about 6 due to laziness. My goal is to get to 145.0

Amazing results! You look awesome0

Well done, you look very slim at that weight, which means you must be packing some muscle! Lucky you, and well done for all the hard work. It was worth going slowly! You would have been losing mostly fat.0

You look fantastic!
I always love threads like this, because it really helps to keep me motivated to keep going... I started at a higher weight, so it's gonna take me longer to get to where you're at now - but your post really inspires me to keep going...
Great job!0 -

Wow! You look amazing! I'm the same height, maybe half an inch shorter and my highest weight was 207. I'm now down to 179. I started counting calories and exercising on May 19th of this year. My goal is 142-145, but 155 would make me happy as well! Thanks for sharing and inspiring me to keep going!0

Congratulations to your succes!
I really like seeing MFP results because they show how different people are and how little the number on the scale counts.
For example I'm also 25 years old and 5'7', started here at 210 lbs and I'm now 141 lbs, but I don't look nearly as good as you. Still have some to lose, especially from my belly.
But the way you look in the after picture is what I target.0 -
Thanks everyone!0

Like everyone said, you look amaaaazing, -- honestly, it looks like you lost even more than 35 pounds! Out of curiosity, what sort of exercise do you do?0

Wow! Complete transformation--you look great!0

I just tried to do something active 4-6 days a week. I didn't really have a specific routine. I did videos, walked A LOT, had a three month period where I tried running (hated it), played organized sports, etc. Just whatever I felt like doing that day!0

Congrats doll! You look beautiful! :flowerforyou:0

I used some Jillian Michaels videos and a pilates video I had laying around. Nothing fancy!0 -
