    I'm the same height but at 161 lbs, you're current weight is my goal weight though it may be substanstially harder for me to see results because i'm 31.

    simply wonderful.im at the exact height and weight where u started.i weighed 58kg about 8 years ago and really want to get back to that weight.stress is a factor to avoid as it adds our pouns.congratulations again :>
