Hi, my name is Boomer. I am a basset hound. When I was a tiny puppy, my mom was awesome, and rescued me from a breeder. Instead of taking me back to the shelter, she made me her new baby. I was really tiny, and my doctor thought I would never grow big and strong and he said to put me down. He said I was a wunt. Or something, idk he was a jerk.


My humble beginnings


My mom took me home and let me sleep in her big human bed!



I finally had a family, even big sisters!



I wasn't very nice to them sometimes.



I was a very happy pup. I proved that meanie doctor wrong and grew big and strong!



My mom calls me the biggest ashbowl dog in the entire world, which must be pretty special.



And she says I am "the devil reincarnate". So, basically I am the best doggy ever. And I have a new little sister!!! She smells funny.



Anyway, I wanted to share my story because my mom says she is on this place all the time and that I make her, "Want to binge on carbs." So I want to see where the carbs are on here. Carbs sound good. My mom used to not be able to walk very much and now she walks me and my two sisters every day for an hour. She says its because of this place. Thank you guys, I get to sniff so much more poop on my walks now!!!! I have to go, my mom would be mad if she finds out I was using her computer.

Best post ever. OMG that dog is so cute!!! Ours died almost a year ago and our lives just haven't been the same since. Can't bring ourselves to get another one, the loss was really hard on us. Gee self, thanks for that downer!

Awwww it is always tough when furbabies pass on. The red husky that we had died, and there's a big furry hole in my heart two years later.
