Use a heart rate monitor and log it as general aerobic exercise....0 -

Coffee. Although I didn't drink it during my first pregnancy (the smell, which I normally love, turned me off). I did have a cup a day when pregnant with my younger two. Maybe that has something do to with the fact that my oldest is in the gifted program...his brothers...not so much.0

I've tried telling myself that I don't have to give Mocha Freezes completely, that I could just drink 2 or 3 a week.
What about getting a smaller size? 20oz is *huge* and you'd probably be satisfied with a small size, like 12oz, which would have almost half as many calories.
Moderation comes in different forms.
Excellent point, plus a 12 oz Mocha Free is only 266 calories.
I guess I just don't like the idea of a *food* controlling the rest of my day's eating decisions because I've spent 266 - 466 calories (depending on size) on a designer coffee.0 -
