    Weight loss/gain: 2 pounds!!

    I was very surprised!!and I lost 1/2 and inch around my wiggely arm!!!

    This is going to be a great motivator! even my husband is helping me out :love:

    Edit: I put my beginning weight at what I weighed when I started here on MFP. I definitely didn't lose 17 pounds in a week.

    I had a HORRIBLE weekend too. Friday and Saturday I ate SO much food I couldn't even believe it. I made up for it yesterday though...

    1 hour of cardio, a full circuit and i cleaned my house from top to bottom. I didnt stop moving until i went to bed! It was good.

    Oh, and I officially weigh less than I've weighed in like 5 years.. AND... I've lost a total of 20 lbs!! WOO!!! :happy:

    I hope it is alright if I can join. I just saw this, "Surviving Summertime Weight Loss Challenge" right now and it looks amazing!

    Today's Weight: 183 lbs.
    Goal By End of Summer: 155 lbs. (I'm here for 14 weeks till I go back to school, so 2 pounds a week is around a weight loss of 28 pounds... it's hard a goal, but I'm going to try!)
    Overall Goal: 130 lbs.

    I wish you all luck and I'm always here for support... Good luck. :glasses: We can do this!

    So far this group has lost 17.2 lbs this week!

    Some people didn't put in the amount of weight they lost this week and only the amount lost total so I did count everyone, but that's the total for everyone who specified!!

    I had lost 2 pounds but after this past weekend they are on again. I binged on junk food and beer with the boyfriend all weekend and to top it off it is my favorite time of the month. I'm really hoping I can get back on track today though.

    Does anybody have any tips on how to keep it under control on the weekends? That is my hardest time.
