I'm not gonna lie - I'm very disappointed with my weigh in this week. I was tracking my calories very carefully and exercising daily. Unfortunately, the scale didn't move. I think I'm gonna up my cardio this week.

I had a great week by last week Wednesday I was down 180 so I was happy... then by Saturday I got the awesome surprise I had lost 2 more pounds...I'm under 180 again...hope this time it sticks0 -

I worked my butt off -- but I'm right int he middle of TOM so I'm hoping for a 2lbs loss next week.
So frustrating to be doing everything right but not seeing it on the scale. However I had several 'non scale victories': I added up my total inches lost from September and its 12.25! I also jogged the longest I've ever gone! SO trying to get over this week and move onto next.

Down 4 lbs from last week, it was almost 6 on Friday but the lack of exercise over the weekend caught up with me. I got snowed in so there wasn't much I could do besides clean house and watch what I ate.
