5'5 and 1750 a day to lose ~1lb per week.0

I just reset my goals and it recommended 1200 (after being on 1330), but I custom upped it to 1300 for 0.8kg loss a week.0

Just adjusted for my daily walking/stair climbing. I'm 5ft. even and I may still stick to a 1300 calorie diet simply because I'd like to lose weight faster, but I won't feel guilty if I have a 1500 calorie day.0

5' 3 1/2" and 147 lbs...I eat an average of 1700 calories, but I don't have much to lose so I'm going slow.0

I'm F 5'1 and my goal is 1200
however the past week I tend to exceed that goal by a good 400-600 calories0 -
