Merry Christmas all! I got in a quickie workout Friday but indulged in Christmas treats - 1500 calories over for the day! It all started with an amazing cream cheese croissant and went downhill from there . . . ug :blushing:

Tues: 750 (45 mins cardio/strength, 40 mins stairs)
Wed: 750 (45 mins cardio/strength, 2 miles 6-7mph, 15 mins rowing)

Sunday is usually my rest day so won't get to my goal but happy I got as much in as I did. Will walk the dog and do my new zumba wii game (which my family video taped me doing yesterday!) so will get some calories is but not as many as I need. Recommitting to healthy eating starting today with one planned splurge yet to come (New Year's Eve). Gotta lose these 2 lbs. I gained during the past month. HOpe everybody had a wonderful holiday!0 -
Great job for all that kept up thought the holiday. I was planning on working out today but we ended up as a snow day since I felt like spending time playing with the kids in the snow instead of driving an hour home to go to the gym.0
