We have established our group name "SO DETERMINED" If you have not added everyone as a friend please do so and on tomorrow please inbox me or post your Starting Weight and your Target Weight by the end of this challenge!! I will have the "weigh in" list posted tomorrow Evening (Central Time)

Start weight: 224.5
Goal for Valentine's: 210
Goal for life: 140

Goal weight for challenge: 1650 -

I don't know if we will we using this thread or starting a different one for the actual challenge. I weighed in this morning and was 153.4 lbs! I didn't lose any weight last weigh in on Monday, but today shows a 2 pound loss! Yay! Maybe I will change my end of challenge goal to 143 lbs instead of 145. I think the timing of this challenge is great-it gets us through the holiday season!
Ok, I'm very motivated to go work out this morning. Good luck to everyone in this challenge, getting in our 30 minutes of cardio.

I sent Ty my weigh-in and I'll post it here... I somewhat expected this but I'll use the frustration as motivation... I'm up 3 lbs from my last weigh-in:
12/20 Weigh-in: 233.2
