    I am sorry for your loss. I lost my son 3 1/2 years ago. There's not an hour that goes by without at least a passing thought of him. I'm happy that you've found a way to triumph through the pain. I know that exercise has helped me get through my new life. Thank you for sharing your story.

    As the pictures go on you look more and more confident. Just as great to see peoples spirits improve as much as their bodies. I also see some nice definition in your arms. Assuming that's your daughter, you've set a wonderful example!

    I just started on this site yesterday and yours was the first forum post I found. I must say, you give me all kinds of hope. You look great and I'm inspired to be like you. I'm so sorry for the loss of your child. I have one son and if I lost him I don't know if i would have the same strength that you had.
