I'll check in on Monday too but starting over sounds good. Right now I'm all of 12lbs away from my first goal! Then I'll be another 45 or so to lose!0

Blah. I really want to get out of the house today since we're driving to my mom's tomorrow. I have no idea where to go though. I'm afraid to go too far my car's check engine light has been on for a week or so now. Lol.0

UGH! This week is killing me! Many days with no workout. Built 6 gingerbread houses and baked 972(ish) cookies yesterday. No time for healthy eating. Dawn to way past dark on my poor tootsies. Hopefully the houses will be decorated and delivered today and all the cookies will be out of my house! I've also had no internet off and on for the past two days making EVERYTHING more difficult. Oh, and the HORRIBLE eating... I can't even bring myself to tell you what we've been having for dinner...
My goal this week is to get back to my workouts, drink more water and what??? Sleep more?? IDK...
I hope you are all having a stress free week. I know that is a tall order, but that is what I wish for you. Try to stay on track girls, (I'm speaking to myself too) the new year if just around the corner!0 -
Ok, so I’ve been making Oreo truffles for my husband’s employees and my coworkers (not the same people), but have been eating more than I can work off with exercise! My goal tonight (because it better be the last night of making them!) is to not eat any!
I also plan to do 50minutes on the elliptical, 30 day shred (I’m on L1D5) and drink lots and lots of water!
I do plan o weighing in on Monday, I want so bad to see that number go down that I’m trying really hard to be good over the holidays. I’m even making my own pita chips to bring with me so that I don’t snack on the real ones!0 -
The boy is sick and I'm doing everything I can to keep from catching and to get him healthy by Christmas.
AS a kid I hated being sick on Christmas morning.

I've actually done really good exercising this week. Woot! Eating.. well.. that hasn't been so good.. *shrug* one thing is better, right?!0

This weekend and next week are going to be a challenge. My mother is notorious about sabotaging diets. So I'm going to stick with eating what I eat, I'm bringing food with me and I will not let myself not exercise just because I'm on vacation. It's going to be a lot harder than it sounds. I'm up for a challenge though. I also have my HRM with me and I must a tleast maintain what I've done so far!0

Booo I just weighed myself and I've gone up 3 lbs!! I'm hoping that this is just bloating though, since my measurements are all the same. Have been feeling bloaty and bleurgh this week. Got to bake mince pies and gingerbread cookies today in prep for tomorrow's festivities!!0

Really haven't been that good this week. It's so difficult with everyone in a festive mood and going out! Can't believe we have to work today but absolutely no one is being productive! Persuaded the boss to let us go early today! My plan over the next couple of days is to enjoy myself but to drink loads of water.
Starting over in the New Year with fresh starting weights is a great idea! I'll probably weigh in on Monday just to keep myself accountable but I'm slightly scared of what the excesses of this week are going to show!!

Hey ladies!!! I am in with re-starting on the 3rd. I am at my parents place and the scale is saying I am up 5 lbs. which I know is not accurate!!!!

I weighed myself this morning and got a belated Christmas present. Another two pounds down and into the 230's!!0

Can I keep my weight the same as last week? I'm at my parents and they don't have any scales. I'm a bit worried about what the scales are going to show next week after massively over indulging the past few days, plus got a couple of parties to go to this week, but I'm getting right back on track in the new year. Weighing myself this morning went something like this: 1) step on scale, 2) stare at scale in horror, 3) step off scale, 4) step on scale again, 5) continue to stare at scale in horror, 6) burst into tears, 7) run away from the mean, mean contraption.
Ok. Not really. There was no crying but other then that, it is a pretty accurate description. I am not going to post my weight for this week out of the vain hope that it is water weight that will magically disappear next week.

Well, i'm expecting to go up on the scale seeing as how i let my boyfriend do the grocery shopping. His idea of healthy food is 12 boxes of lean pockets. :huh:
No fresh friuts or veggies in sight. So i have to go back and re-do the shopping when I have time.0 -
