I've made eating yogurt for breakfast part of my daily routine. Eating the same thing everyday can get boring. I've been trying different brands and flavors. Chobani Simply 100 greek yogurt is the best! I love it and there are enough different flavors to add variety in the morning. My favorite is the Passion Fruit and coconut. The other Chobani yogurts that aren't labeled simply 100 are only 30-40 calories more. Also only 8g of sugar. A great way to start the day and awesome for your digestive system. No preservatives, No artificial sweetners, Milk not from cows treated the BST. And to top it all off, 10% of profit goes to charity!
Thanks Chobani!

I like these too! Good protein for not a lot of calories!0

My kids eat the Chobani cups daily, but the ones made with 2% milk. Apricot in the overwhelming favorite.0

I agree, only 20 more calories than the light and fit stuff but it doesn't have artificial sweeteners and that horrible aftertaste. Just wish it came in coconut flavor.
I also love the 2% apricot one! Just not sure I'm seeing much of a difference in satiety between the 0% and the 2% stuff...0 -
I usually use yoplait, I'll have to try this out.0

I love it too. any brand, really of Greek yogurt. Use it in tuna instead of yogurt, in smoothies, on a baked potato instead of sour cream, on tacos instead of sour cream, and this weird and delicious mix of 3/4 cup of Greek plain yogurt and 1 -2 teaspoons of light peanut butter. Keeps e full for a long time. Add a Muesli cracker and it's lunch!0

I eat one of these just about every day with about 10 almonds in it. Love it.0

i've been stuck on Yoplait Greek 100 Strawberry Cheesecake. It's my dessert fix. Sometimes I throw in some Bear Naked.
I also occasionally get the lemon and top with whipped cream. It is overly sweet if I have a huge sugar craving.0 -
Love Chobani. It is true greek yogurt. Doesn't use artificial thickening agents like yoplait and some of the other mass produced varieties. The Chobani flips, especially the Key Lime, make a great dessert.0

I absolutely love coconut and I have found "So Delicious" brand dairy free cultured coconut milk in vanilla flavor to be wonderfully satisfying. It is the texture of yogurt and 1/4 cup is 90 calories. It is not too overly sweet.
Last night I froze about 1 cup of it to see how it would come out. It is hard as a rock, but when I shaved off a bit to try it I think it is really good and a bit like frozen yogurt. I'm happy with it.0 -
Good stuff, I like the consistency, it satisfies, when I eat regular yogurt I just want more when I'm done.0

it is the best! i eat it every morning, sometimes adding a tsp of honey and some slivered almonds for that sweet and crunch factor. delicious!!!!0

It comes in coconut. Try other stores.0 -
I get through 2 kilos a week of Greek yoghurt! It's amazing stuff! Honey and almonds, and throw in some oats to soak overnight, add a banana and.....heaven.0

I add ground flax seed, chia seeds, sliced almonds and unsweetened coconut to my chobani.
It is so yummy!0 -
I was a Chobani fan until I discovered Siggi's Skyr... a high-protein triple-strained Icelandic yogurt. Low sugar... awesome flavors in addition to the usual (Strawberry-Basil, Orange-Ginger)... and you can see and taste the vanilla flecks in their vanilla.... it's even thicker than Greek and IMO more satisfying...0
-
I've never seen the Siggi's Skyr in any of the stores around town0
-
ewwww...yogurt.
I just can't do it. More for you I guess.0 -
Chobani is my favorite Greek yogurt, too! I eat them a dessert all the time after dinner.0
-
Noooo!
Unfortunately I bought 5 of these without looking at the label. These have added chicory root extract (which makes me really gassy).
I'll stick with regular Chobani.0 -

I've checked every store in the area... no coconut. I can only find the 2% one in coconut.
I've seen Siggi's... they sell it at one of my favorite stores. Will have to check it out.0 -

Siggi's is awesome! I love the vanilla, strawberry and even the plain is outstanding0 -
I like the passion fruit too.
There is a small local dairy that makes Greek Yogurt, Kalispell Creamery. That stuff is to die for.
I prefer plain yogurt, and make a parfait with berries, or bananas, and top it with Qia, made from chia seeds. It adds extra calories, but I don't even think about lunch after that for breakfast. Just an apple is fine.0 -
I'm with you. I have a plain one every morning with my breakfast. Guys at work say not to talk to me until I've had my yogurt in the morning (I guess that's just my coffee). Haha!
Funniest part is when I eat it on the weekends and my wife tells me that it smells like (and I quote) "rotting death." Hehe.0 -
FYI the 100 does have sucralose I believe0

Only natural ingredients, so no.0

From the Chobani website (for key lime):
Nonfat Yogurt (Cultured Pasteurized Nonfat Milk, Live and Active Cultures: S. Thermophilus, L. Bulgaricus, L. Acidophilus, Bifidus and L. Casei), Water, Chicory Root Fiber, Evaporated Cane Juice, Key Lime Puree, Natural Flavors, Key Lime Juice Concentrate, Key Lime Peel, Locust Bean Gum, Pectin, Monk Fruit Extract, Fruit Juice Concentrate and Turmeric (For Color), Stevia Leaf Extract.
So it does have non-caloric (though "natural") sweetener in the form of stevia, which people may or may not want to avoid for various reasons.
The Siggi's flavors sound amazing! Going to have to try to find it around here.0 -
I know that Whole Foods carries Siggi's... and recently Giant Eagle here in western PA has started carrying it... maybe check out their website...0

Thanks! Looks like the Whole Foods near me carries it. I also saw on the website that they have spiced pear, which sounds amazing. Loving the short ingredients list, too.0 -
swited to Cabot- now I can barely eat Chowbani b/c it smells so bad to me .
:ohwell:
makes me sad b/c it's much easier to find and it's typically less expensive.0 -
I've tried Chobani twice and wasn't impressed either time. I stick with Dannon Light N Fit Greek yogurt. I also knew someone that got really sick from that Chobani recall as well, so maybe that sways my opinion a bit!0
