I will turn in my January miles. I did over 200 in December. I also do triathlons, and I do count all miles logged in all three sports-- that is only fair in my mine :-)0

Ran 4.4 walked 1.6 for cool down. Forgot my cool down walk miles so lets say another 7.0 this month.

My ankle was hurting yesterday after my walk......
So I did the R.I.C.E. thing and followed a friend's advice this morning for stretches. I felt so good at the end of my 5km that I decided to finish the other 1.5km to even up the numbers. (this brings me to 30km for the month) If this keeps up I am going to start having crazy thoughts like asking the doc if it's OK to try a C25K program.....now we just need to round up some wild bears to chase me lol0 -

Today was the longest I've ever spent on the treadmill. I ran for 40 straight then walked the last 10, I had a wonderful workout. Have a great weekend!0
