Lose 10 Pounds by Valentine's Day!!

If it's not a dumb question, how much does everyone's weight just fluctuate before you worry about actual weight loss?
I'm one of those who hops on and off the scales a lot, and the weight goes up and down like a fiddler's elbow? I can see I'm losing weight on a trend but the fluctuation around the trend is quite a lot.
Thoughts?
Honestly, on a regular day my weight can flucuate anywhere from 3 to 6 pounds a day. On a horrible day where I've eaten TONS of sodium and drank sodas and no water, I've seen as much as 7 pounds difference. That's been on a horrible binge eating day. So, I'd say try your best to stay off of the scales throughout the day. Only weigh once a week at most, in the mornings, after going potty. lol....
If you absolutely MUST weigh daily, then do it in the morning first thing before eating/drinking, and after going to the restroom.

By the way, I have been doing the challenges but not posting. Today I will do turbofire and then maybe I can talk my SIL into doing 30 day shred with me. If not I will just play around with her kettle bell and do some squats, etc. Going to Jamaica tomorrow so pray for me guys! Going to use the resort gym and do my best on the cals!0 -

I'll give it a try! I've been hovering over 2-3 pounds and haven't lost any solid weight since Thanksgiving, but now since the holidays are over, I can focus more.0 -
I have finally compiled a list of all our challenge members!!!!!! 121 members!!! Total start weigh so far is 16995, and with 121 members an estimated group loss of 1210!

I try to not weigh my self everyday, I usually end up doing so when I work, however I only record the one I do on wednesday (I started this journey on a Wednesday so to keep with routine I record them on wednedsay) on a day to day basis I can go +/- 2 to 4 pounds.0 -

Hope everyone had a good new year! I was bad on friday and saturday, but today had my drumline for several hours, so I burned a lot of calories. I don't know that it will help any by my weight in tomorrow though!0

SUNDAY CHALLENGE:
10 Water (80 ounces)
Under Calories
45 Minutes Cardio exercise (these don't have to be consecutive, but better if they are...break it up if needed!)
10 Minutes Resistance training....(weights, squats, crunches, leg lifts,...you get the picture...whatever you can do!)
Take 15 minutes completely to yourself today. Go to a quiet place. Read if you like. Meditate, or just have quiet time. Take a bubble bath with the door locked and tell the spouse that they have to have the kids for that time! lol.... Have some ME time!
MONDAY CHALLENGE:
WEIGH IN DAY!!!

10 Glasses Water
40% rule for Exercise- Take 40% of your Body weight and exercise that many minutes. You can choose any activity...mix it up if you like, do weights, cardio, play basketball, whatever
Example: If you weigh 100 Pounds 40% is 40 Pounds so you would exercise 40 Minutes
And of couse Under Calories
TUESDAY CHALLENGE:
H2O Tuesdays= 12 Glasses Water!!! Come on! This will be for EVERY TUESDAY!
Under Cals and Add 5 Minutes of exercise to whatever your % was yesterday. So if you were "supposed" to do 45 minutes then today you are "supposed" to do at least 50 minutes! :grumble:
Sunday completed all challenges, except the 15 minutes to myself...My two year old and 12 year old wasn't very cooperative on that today lol0 -
what day is the next weight in again? i lost track its been kinda crazy. My sons birthday was today and I had a piece of way too sugary storebought cake, and I did manage 3 glasses of water. ugh its been a long day0

Hard to make the challenges again due to my 9 1/2 hour drive to school today. But, I at least managed my own personal goal of 8 cups of water. No exercise due to spending all day in the car. But! I did "exercise" in the car. Made sure to squeeze my butt and abs the way there!0

I'm ok with that. It's been crazy here at my house. I'm tearing down Christmas decorations, Cleaning from Ceiling to floor, trying to get things ready to take pictures of the house to put it on the "market" to hopefully sell!! Yay!!!
Y'all pray for my family on this one. We are trying to move closer to family since I had my baby boy. We live almost 10 hours from any family and its so sad everytime we leave our parents they cry for their grandchild!
Anyway, it's been crazy!!
I'm soooo proud of all of you who are sticking in there with me! Thank you for the support and encouragement !!! We will do this!! Most of you are going to exceed these 10 pounds!! I just know it!!0
