What's your favorite body part to workout?

Mine is tie between back or biceps I love the pumping when doing biceps but love chin ups dead lifts and along with many other things when doing back.

What about you?

Also what body part do you hate to train the most. Mine is legs or cardio.

    Not so much body parts, but I enjoy certain lifts.

    I'm really liking working my arms lately. I get tired trying to working my thighs and glutes although I push through it.

    I always like doing legs; Leg press & Squats. Lately though, I've really grown to like back: deadlifts, rows, & hyperextensions.

    I don't train in terms of bodyparts, but there are lifts I enjoy doing.

    My favorites would be the squat, deadlift, and bench press.
