Arms my favorite...love working bi/tri together.

Use to hate abs and calves but decided to work both every other day...now I actually enjoy it.0 -
Deadlifts by far are my favorite, in the gym or on the platform. Bench is my least favorite. I will learn to love it though0

i dont have a favorite body part, but i do have favorite exercises since they work everything :deadlifts, turkish get up, cleans. if i could do those every day of the week i'd be0

I don't train in terms of bodyparts, but there are lifts I enjoy doing.

I could work my abs all day!
But I do hate arms and legs0 -
legs.... all day long.!!!!!
^^this. I'm a legs fanatic, they're strong and are only getting better. I have weakling arms so I hate working them out haha0 -
Because I love skiing It is without a doubt legs and glutes. I must admit I do not enjoy calves either they are boring. I enjoy squats, lunges in rack as well as slider board, bosu work and everything I have tried for hamstrings and quads. I love watch a guy come up behind me on leg press and see his jaw drop as he sees my weights. Cool to beat a guy. (Never happen in upper body I am positive)0

Of course you beat me to that. Literally the first thing that flashed through my head.
Bench press has always been my favorite, but I'm starting to like squats a *bit* more now that I actually have the hip mobility to drop far enough and the butt muscles to get back to standing.0 -
