how to avoid temptation...Help!!

It is difficult, especially if the food is in your view from your desk. Some things I do: chew gum, go for a quick walk, do anything to take my mind off of it and if none of those work, I make a deal with myself that I can have a serving at the end of the day. If I wait until the end of the day, I won't be back at the table on and off munching all day. By late in the day usually the food is gone or it is gross sitting out all day and I don't want it.
