    I don't know if the Wii really burns as many calories as this site says, but I try to keep my legs moving, not just my arms. I got it for my husband and step kids for Christmas this year, so this is the first time I've played on one since they came out!

    You will love the HRM and become addicted to hitting a certain heart rate. I am constantly checking mine as I work out.

  • Happy New Year! I got off track last week . . . . glad to see I have some good company! Moving forward . . . . .

    I have a monthly "evaluation" / weigh-in at the gym - on the 1st of every month - bad timing for January LOL - I'm pushing it back to the 3rd so I can hopefully work off some of this fluid retention - too many simple carbs and sodium last week! 3 days to go!
