Happy New Year! I got off track last week . . . . glad to see I have some good company! Moving forward . . . . .
I have a monthly "evaluation" / weigh-in at the gym - on the 1st of every month - bad timing for January LOL - I'm pushing it back to the 3rd so I can hopefully work off some of this fluid retention - too many simple carbs and sodium last week! 3 days to go!
