    Happy New Year everyone. I shopped for 5 hours yesterday but I did not count all that walking in my exercise, really I didn't log anything any thing yesterday. Everyone is doing great to get through the New Years.

    I am running out of week in the challenge. I don't think I am going to make it. I will try to do an evening run tonight, but I don't see that burning 1100 calories.

    I still enjoyed the challenge and would try it again.
