i'm on the left in both.bottom pic i weighed 360....i'm at 223 in the top pic so that's 137 lbs gone in one year.

that pic is from christmas last year. i started trying to lose weight in may of this year. the first 33 lbs i lost were a result of depression and not eating. the last 105 have been hard work.
