    How did I miss this gem?

    I'll just throw in my $.02...yeah, sitting around eating cake all day and washing it down with 40 ounce big gulps probably isn't a good idea...DUH! Sugar in and of itself though is just fine and consumed in appropriate quantities isn't a big deal.

    Now, if you'll excuse me I'm going to go eat an apple...and tonight after dinner I'm having some ice cream.
