    I just had a few more thoughts: If you're not having periods, your hormones are out of balance somehow, possibly from dieting. Those hormones likely affect weight loss, or lack of weight loss. At this point, maybe it's time to see a doctor and figure out why menses have stopped. Your overall health is sooo important!

    Also, do you get enough sun exposure, without sunscreen? There's a link between Vitamin D3 (from sunshine) and weight. If you're deficient in Vitamin D3 (actually a hormone) weight loss will be slower.

    Studies have found a correlation between obesity and Vitamin D3 deficiency, but they don't know yet which one is the cause and which one is the effect.
