Pro tip: Anything that Kiyy says, don't do it.

she can squat 200# that makes her elite..!

All joking aside that's not bad for a 52 year old woman. Though she is far from an expert or elite. Caitlyn Trout, Ariel Stephens, those are elite female lifters.

Wanna know what I would have to say to Caitlyn Trout?

    "Yes ma'am."

I was looking for something unrelated to this topic but this was part of the reading I found so I thought I'd post it. This is from Strength & Conditioning Journal (National Strength and Conditioning Association)
    Initiate the descending or
eccentric phase of the front squat with a
posterior motion of the hips/pelvis with
    secondary hip flexion. Immediately as
the hips move posteriorly, flex the knees
moving forward while head position and
    back alignment (almost vertical) remain
in a neutral spine alignment throughout
the descent (Figure 2). Cervical hyperextension,
    or "looking up," should be
avoided during the front squat (6). This
would cause unnecessary stress to the
cervical spine and, contrary to antidotal
belief, will not improve the amount of
    weight lifting in the movement.
    The
knees should remain in line or behind
the toes as back alignment is maintained,
feet remain flat on the floor with the
body weight over the arch of the foot,
and at no time should che athlete's heels
raise from the floor (1,2,6, 8).

Yes, the article was discussing the Front Squat but I think it's reasonable that the head position is no different between the Front Squat and Back Squat.
