Rode my recumbent trike 15 miles, including a very large hill (it was fun on the way down).0
-
Didn't even have to use my AK.0
-
Today Aside from a weight loss I also had a NON-SCALE victory. For the first time in over a year I was able to complete 4 miles on the elliptical in 1 hour - small victory but you have to take em where you can find em...0
-
Ate clean and exercised all weekend! Rewarded myself with a shopping trip.0
-
Got new personal bests on my big three lifts today! Bench press 110, Squats 165, Deadlift 160. :happy:0
-
I slept for over 12 hours. Beat that.0
-
Ran most of my five mile "walk". Posted a PR split time of under 15 minutes a mile. Not fast, I know....but fast for me.0
-
I did my longest walk ever, 6.5 miles, which put me at 21 miles for the week. Considering I needed 11 miles over the weekend to make a 20 mile goal, and 5 miles was my longest previously, I'm really happy.0

I went to a birthday party at a restaurant, ate a meal, had a piece of cake and was able to both NOT feel guilty and leave it at that - not continue eating, just picked up where I left off! Now that is a victory for me!:drinker:0

I went to the feast of San Gennaro in NYC and didn't get crazy amounts of food. I got 3 mini cannolis in different flavors (although I wanted like 10 flavors lol) and just took one bite of each just to taste, not to gorge0
-
jogged 3.24miles without stopping to walk0

Finished an entire gallon of ice cream in 4 days
And I ain't even mad....okay a little because it's the only ice cream there was. ..emergency trip?0 -

You win!
I recently told someone that I'd pay $1,000 to get a good night's sleep. I wake every 2 hours, then fall back to sleep. It sucks.0 -
Cleaned out my closet and dresser and got rid of 4 pants, 6 tops and one pair of pajamas. They were all way too BIG! :drinker:0

Me too. I'm up every 2 hours to pee.
My accomplishment is I ran 6 miles today. It's been a few months since I ran and I felt ready to get back at it today.0 -
