Any thoughts on breakfast on the go (during the week)?

I'm like you with breakfast. I don't like to eat before work because I'm ravenous by lunch (I'm a school teacher, so eating at 6am and waiting until noon just about kills me). I prefer to eat right before my homeroom starts (8am), so I need to also have some sort of ready to eat finger food. Right now I'm eating granola bars, nutrigrain bars, or poptarts. I have access to a fridge and microwave though..... I could also use ideas.:-D

I'm a big big Slim Fast fan! I'm hypoglycemic so it's good for protein levels and they are super fast! Grab a can and go! Or put one in the freezer and then take it and by lunch time it will be cold and ready for you!0
