    I use an app called "way of life" to track my progress on other aspects of life, health, and fitness. You can put different goals in and give each day a green (success), blue (skip), or red (fail). It will give you graphs and stats over time for how you're doing on these goals.

    Today I did my second day in a week of weights which is what I wanted to be consistent with. My Monday lifting was far more strenuous than what I did today. I went in and realized all the machines look different from 10 years ago when I last lifted. So I did hip ab? ductors, biceps, shoulders... 3 sets of 12 reps each. And then I was kicked out! Dummy that I am - I went to the gym with my yoga stuff to take the class after lifting- in my open-toe shoes. Well, at least I lifted twice this week. I intend to use this thread to keep me honest on this goal. Yoga really is my style - no shoes and strechy clothes :)

    So it looks like people are only counting the days they workout (not scheduled days off). I'll adjust my numbers and follow suit starting today.

    I'm failing badly at this. I'm starting over. I changed the diet goal to staying under 2000/day, it's more realistic.
    So it looks like people are only counting the days they workout (not scheduled days off). I'll adjust my numbers and follow suit starting today.
    You are supposed to count the days you stay consistent to your plan. If your plan has days off, that's okay, count them.

    Lifted the weights today-- triceps are little babies- consistency please pay -off, did biceps, abs, shoulders- all free weights. Thinking about adding water intake to this thread....
