Beans, TVP, soymilk, vegan protein powder, tofu and sunflower/soybean butter.0

1 Chicken breast baked and shredded
2 slices of bacon chopped
5-6 hard boiled eggs chopped
1/2 can Chipotle in Adobo sauce --chop up the chilis and pour in some of the sauce
1 large or 2 small jalapenos chopped
1 stalk green onion sliced thin
3/4 cup lowfat plain Greek yogurt (maybe more if it is dry)
salt and pepper to taste.
Mix it all together. It is easy and delicious.
This has lots of my favorite things and sounds delicious, but super spicy. 1/2 can of chipotles? o.O0 -
