Actually, not so much a silly topic. Just heard discussion on this topic on the morning NEWS this week. They even interviewed Dr Oz. He explained sleeping in the buff with the house set at 68 degrees if you can stand it (just keep socks on - the feet are the body's temp regulator), helps with weight loss. It helps to release the hormones that rebuild muscles, bones, etc. while you sleep when the body can utilize it most; whereas, heavy clothing/blankets keeps the body overly warm and the hormones responsible for body repair aren't released. I always like sleeping with light jammies/legs free in the cold whereas hubby likes to be bundled up.0

I only wear pajamas if we have guests. Otherwise I'm nakie, keep my robe close by just in case.0

Naked unless at family's home.0

Gotta be in the buff because it's most comfortable. Everything needs to be unencumbered so to speak....0
