Barb that is good news, and glad you are feeling better.
Kelly what can I say I am not being good on the food, but am trying to at least stay under my calories. the sweets are starting to give me headaches.
well did not drink enough water again but I will get there. I am going to have my blood test Friday morning so I really need to stay away from sweets (cake:noway: ) did get a little walk on lunch.
me time was a nice walk through the shops on my lunch did buy a new measuring tape I could not find my old one and last night went up to bed and quietly watched a little tv by myself and fell a sleep. Sometimes a little me time is relaxing. I may do the same tonight.

Got a 15 walk in at lunch so felt good about that. hope to get another walk in before dinner. Trying real hard to say within calorie range tonight. Me time I think will be TV or Walmart. Talk to you all later0

so last nite (Tues) I logged my food for today AND tomorrow. nuts and banana happened but that's it. way, waaaay bad the entire day. chips, choc, I even had a hotdog for supper and that used to be one of the foods I rarely ate any way. trying to get in some more water to make the challenge and the *me* time is gonna be a soak in my tub..then to bed early. shoulder knot is a bother today, and it did help when dh massaged it. oldest son is working tonite..he'll be back to college soon. usually this time of year I am realizing 1/2 of the school year is over...then summer. time just goes by and I feel like I've done nothing worthwhile. somebody shake me up...I gotta snap outta this. foggy mind.0

Well yesterday was not good was over in my calories today will be better no sweets and have to start fasting at 8PM so that will be good. I will try to get a walk in on lunch and water is still tough and not getting enough. But.............
Shaking all of the bad habits out, Now we can do this. :bigsmile:
Goals for today: no sweets, log all food, walk at least 15 mins on lunch, drink my water, no eating after 8PM and some me time will be some weight exercises before bed.

Hi all... Well, it's a new day....
last night I had a donut hoping it would ease the pain of lack of funds in one of my checking accounts. the donut didn't erase the problem...0 -
Ok so I walked a mile yesterday with the dog. Was over on calories by 185 but very happy because I am getting lower every day with that.So this morning I got up and did a half mile with the dog and 20 minutes of the 30 day shred with Jillian. OMG did that kick my butt!! I even kidna went thru the motions just to catch my breath, but i got thru it. Def need to get a mat. havent done the dvd since I had carpet so it was a little hard on the bare floor but I did it.My knees are not very happy with me at the moment. Got my water in so was happy about that. Me time yesterday- bought as new blouse for Friday night. Excited to be going out.
kelly- do the shred with me if you can
barb- I so know how you feel about the money situation. I just got paid and already down to 30 bucks it SUCK!!!

ok, so ME time did not happen last nite. oldest son returned home very ill. after we determined it was not meningitis, am sure it is the flu. body aches, chills, temp, headache little nausea. he did NOT get his flu shot this year and has a history or pneumonia. guess I'm glad he is home and not at college. trying not to get any of his germs....all of us! very TIRED today:yawn: and I have wrestling tonite.
Cindy ~ good results vibes to you for your blood work! I go the end of the month.
Barb ~ I was late on 2 credit card payments in December, not good. I hate getting paid once a month:ohwell:
Jacque ~ look at you!! :bigsmile: water, calories, exercise! Love it!! and your new blouse!! happy times ahead! shred? I would love to do the shred with you...I will have to take it very slow, and avoid some shoulder movements. If I could just do anything right now. don't know what happened, all funked out again.

LOL Barb you are so funny I wish a donut helped with the finances. I got paid Friday and have 35 dollars left and have to hang onto it for my copayment at doctors next week. I get paid every other and have a hard time I cant think what I would do if I had to go monthly. :noway:
ME time is any time that makes you relaxed and happy. Barb I sent you a text so you would have my number. I cant get phone calls but they dont mind text as long as I am doing my work.
I wish I could do the shred with you Jacque but have to much to do in the morning with the new kitten and get home to late at night to do it. I could try to do on week ends. I am going to do some of the weight moves from the shred before bed but wont do the work out because I dont want anyone to see me doing it. There I said it. I am so out of shape I think I look funny trying. :laugh: :laugh: I will do it on the week end when everyone is sleeping. If I work out a schedule and can fit the 20 mins in I will start to do it during the week too. Has to be in the morning.

Hey if were gonna start texting I want in I can text so much more then getting on the computer. My phone is being changed out today so I will send my number as soon as the new phone is workin! So I did my 15 min walk at lunch YEAH! So far eating is good. Hope I can get thru the rest of day without screwing up0
