    Age: 28
    Starting Weight: 87 kilos
    Current Weight: 83 kilos
    Goal Weight: (around) 60
    Height: 1.67 cm
    Calorie Goal: 1200 (really sth between 1300-1400)
    Exercise: personal training, running, spinning, aerobic, etc

    Age 27
    Height 5'7"
    Weight 159.8 (Starting weight of about 184-185)
    Goal 135 - 140 (though this may lower or increase. It depends on my progress)
    Caloric Goal 1100 - 1300 (I keep my diary private, but if you'd like to look at to get meal ideas, feel free to ask!)
    Workout Routine: Pilates + long walks. I may add a bit of yoga soon. In January, I will take dance classes (ballet and aerial).
