    I've been stalled on my weight loss for a while. Been stuck at 126.6 for a month! Today I'm down to 126, so .6 lost this week. Feeling kind of frustrated but not giving up. I have amped up the workouts and have been doing weights, so I may be gaining muscle. I don't know. What's more annoying is yesterday I weighed 124.6!!! I was so happy, but this morning it went back up. SO my official weigh in is 126, since this is my official day and I don't want to cheat by putting yesterday's.

    Good afternoon and happy MLK Day! I'm dragging a little bit today because I've not been sleeping well but I did get up and rock out today's workout. Today I completed Push Circuit 1 from the Chalean Extreme program and hula hooped. I was able to increase my weights to 20 lbs for the bicep curls, all the squats and the overhead tricep extension. I know I coul lift heavier for the weights but was able to feel my legs shake a little bit with the one leg and heel squats so overall I'm happy w/my effort.

    Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend and today has gotten off to a good start.

    Since Push Circuit is a part of my scheduled workout i'm counting the 25 minutes on the hula hoop towards my extra 30 minutes. Depending on how I feel I might hula hoop a little later too. I really like the idea of standing in front of the tv while doing it. It makes the time fly by.

    I use the hula hoop for an additional 30 minutes this evening while my homemade banana muffins were in the oven. All healthy ingredients used.

    Hi blue, welcome!

    I just finished the 50 push ups and 50 abs challenge. I think I bit off more than I can chew with the 30 additional minutes. Last week, I worked out for 660 minutes! 11 hours!! holy cow, how am I going to beat that?? I should be able to do it since usually count the commercial challenge or push up and abs challenge as a bonus. Maybe if I count them this week I can do 11.5 hours?!? Also, I will count my wii time, which usually I don't. I will commit to doing more zumba on wii too!

    What's your plan of attack??

    Ok, I did the commercial challenge tonight....40 mins of jumping rope. So I have my extra 30 mins in and burned a ton of calories! Gonna try to repeat the same tomorrow night during The Biggest Loser!

    I hope things are going well for you all. I weighed today and was 146lb and am feeling really positive. Started running again and boy does that make a massive difference. Keep up the hard work everybody.

    My friend challenged me to get on the treadmill today! Amazing!!! I've used the treadmill twice in 4 days! LOL! I know to a lot of you doing 5zillion miles a day and zumba and crazy insanity stuff.... I'll never be that motivated. Just proud of the fact I haven't been on my treadmill since LAST FEBRUARY!

    Remember to count the small accomplishments! :)
  • Lost 2 more pounds, but I'm slightly disappointed that it isn't more ..I thought I'd been doing soooo good on keeping track and most of the time i"m under my cal. count. Wonder why my weight loss wasn't greater. Two more pounds though, I guess I'll take it !!

    My information is correct. The chart looks great, thank for putting it together.

    I have also decided I'm not weighing in again until January 31/February 1st because that will be the end of phase 1 of the Turbo Fire/Chalean Extreme hybrid. Sometimes when I weigh in weekly and don't see a change I get frustrated so I don't want to stress myself. I also know that losing those last few pounds can be hell.

    Only did 10 minutes of the elliptical today, but plan on going to a burlesque dancefit class tonight to make up for it. What is the commerical challenge I keep seeing posts about? So far my "challenge" has been not to make a snack during commericals!

    bluemartini~ the commercial challange is to do some sort of activity during commercial breaks. squats or crunches or stairs if you have them.. anything but sit there. :)

    Margie, thanks for updating the chart. I can't wait to weigh in on Friday. I am hoping to get to my goal sooner than Vday and anything else will just be BONUS! lol

    Even though I've already completed this week's challenge by hula hooping for for almost an hour yesterday I think I may do a little more tonight.

    Margie, thanks for all your hard work. I am finding it very motivating to be part of this group. I didn't lose anything last week, but I know why and I'm trying to keep from being discouraged. I am just beginning this journey and I'm not going to quit this time.

    Yes, as others have said, thanks so much for keeping track and making a chart for everyone to see!

    There's a lot of people who've joined, which is great! I had mentioned I wouldn't be posting a new weight until there was a change in the scale.....thanks to this dreaded plateau I've been stuck in!

    Well, last week there WAS a change, but I wasn't really trusting it.........so...........at my next weigh in (Sat or Sun), I'll be sure to post the new weight....good or bad.

    Keep at it everyone, you're doing fantastic!! (And I'm so jealous!) :wink:
