Just be careful that your starvation days don't set you up to binge so much on your gluttony days that
you undo any progress you might have made. Better to eat sensibly all along. That's sustainable.
Yep. Still not impressed by the fear mongering. It's not a way of eating for everyone, but neither is it a big, scary thing. It's a tool to get one into a caloric deficit over the course of a week. And for many, it's very effective.0 -
