Chinese takeaway craving buster

After a long day at work I want Asian food so badly. I came up with this to stave off the cravings, and so far it's worked amazingly well.
String bean and protein stir-fry
1 lb string beans, cut in half (with the ends cut off)
Chopped mushrooms (however many you want)
Cooked Tofu (or another protein if you want. I quickly boil my tofu before adding it).
3-5 cloves of garlic
Water or broth
Flour or corn starch
Sugar or splenda
.5 tbsp sesame oil
1-3 tbsps low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp mustard powder
.75 tsps ginger powder
Cooking spray
Pepper
Mix spices, flour, broth, soy sauce, oil, sweetener and garlic in a cup and set aside. Heat wok or large frying pan on high and spray with cooking spray. Sear the green beans. When they are studded with brown, add mushrooms and saute on high for 1-2 minutes. Add cooked protein (tofu) and sauce mixture, and stirfry at a high heat until the sauce has thickened. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
Delicious plain or with brown rice.
