    Flying Goose sriracha for every day spicing up (preferably the one with extra garlic, but it's hard for me to find)
    Aunt May's Bajan Pepper Sauce for fried eggs (especially if they have a nice crispy edge to the white)
    Dave's Insanity Sauce if you have a death wish
    ... and over pizza I like plain old chilli infused oil

    If you have a Tijuana Flats anywhere nearby, my fav hot sauce in the world is their "Smack My *kitten* and Call Me Sally." It's $5/bottle.
