More breathing at school today. Guy is a little fruity. I'm hoping for some practice in the afternoon. It's called teaching methodologies, so maybe a little practice? I will walk on the crappy hotel treadmill this morning or maybe walk in circles around the hotel - the treadmill is really that bad - kinda feel like an elephant it shakes so much.

Hoping for some yoga in yoga school, boogaloo

    Morning pebbs,

Today is Zumba, followed by cleaning up a bit as I'm having a few fellow grads over to commiserate. I ate out last night, and ate two breaded chicken wings. Ah well, there you go. Wheat. I still managed to resist sugar (ice cream was offered for dessert) and alcohol, so I still feel OK about it. There was the moment of the old "you had the wheat...so might as well have everything else too, you big failure" voice, but I snapped out of that quickly. I was pleased. I was also pleased that even with my overestimated (I hope) "dinner out" default of 1,000 calories in my food diary, I wasn't too much over. (at a Chinese restaurant, we shared soup, an appetizer and an entree between the two of us..so I was full but not stuffed, and everything except the chicken wings was light. The soup was awesome. I would eat the whole comically large bowl by myself for dinner and call it a day.

Trying to stay positive and relaxed. I slept most of the afternoon yesterday and then was in bed for fourteen hours (I essentially went to bed after dinner). I think I've been under-estimating the amount of sleep deprivation I've been having. I feel a bit better pain wise today, but the sensitivity to light is driving me crazy. I don't want to be sad because it's sunny outside. I just want to bask in all of the free Vitamin D.

    Chin up, boogaloo.:flowerforyou:

    Hi Ladies,

We had snow today, but it only came down for a few hours. Only a little stuck. Alex has wanted to make a snow angel so he'll be disappointed. Friends 40 miles from us got at least 2 inches. Enough to cover the yards and streets. We got a dusting on our cars. :frown:
I have not done much of anything the last couple of days. I will try to get motivated to get on the treadmill this afternoon for a bit. My lady time is coming so my motivation is as low as ever. When I get over lady time I want to start intervals on the treadmill, so that might help motivate me. I also have to get my eating back under control.

    I need a reboot boogaloo.
