    WOW! You rock. I just wrote down your words, "It may be 80% diet, 20% exercise, but its 100% mental". I am going to put these word on my fridge, every mirror, and on the pantry door. I have just started the road to a healthy lifestyle and so far have lost 14 pounds. Every post I read gives me inspiration to keep putting one foot in front of the other and taking one day at a time. It took me 5 years to put on the extra weight, so I don't expect to lose it all in a couple of months. I have 50 pounds to go, and I know this time I will be successful, not because I am on a diet, but because I am on a path to a healthier way of life. Thank you for being a great inspration.
