    wow......your transformation is truly amazing!!! You look like a million bucks:) Your daughter was right, I'm inspired. 4 years ago, i lost 75 pounds in 4 months on hcg and now have gained it all back....I'm so discouraged but this time I've decided to make a true lifestyle change by cooking healthy and only buying healthy food. I want my kids to adopt this lifestyle too so they don't struggle like i have. I'm just so encouraged by your story....did you track your food everyday?
