21 day exercise challenge!!

Ok the K Williams' (bratgrr1 and I) are at it again. We are striving for 21 days straight of exercising. Hopefully with no injuries or holidays to get in our way!! Anyone care to join us?

There is no specific criteria. We are just trying to keep ourselfs motivated to get our butts up and do something even if it is only for thirty minutes. I have always heard it takes about 21 days to create a habit. So let create a n exercise habit. Everyday post what you did and your calories burned. At the end of twenty one days we will post our weightloss or inches lost!! Excited to be doing this challenge with all of y'all!!!0

Yesterday I did 45 minutes of kickboxing! Tonight I have zumba.0

30 min weight exercises (arms and abs)
60 min bellydance!

Yesterday exercise was just some basic aerobic while watching the biggest loser. I excercised for thirty minutes and burned 315 calories.0

Elliptical Trainer
20 minutes/ 200 cal.
Bicycling
10 minutes / 50 cal.
