    Plan to achieve that goal: I am currently on Level 3, Day 3 of 30 Day Shred. After I finish that, I will continue doing 30-45 minutes of cardio 3-4 days a week and 2-3 days of strength/resistance training.

    Plan to achieve that goal: Keep logging! I lost most of it a couple of years ago, stopped logging and put some back on. Just shows if I don;t focus on it, it creeps up again.

    Plan to achieve that goal: Cardio 3 to 4 times a week. Slowly integrate upper body workouts. Cut out processed foods and added sugar. More fruits and veggies.

    I just started (Sunday Sept 28th) doing the 5:2 diet. My eating was out of control and I wanted to see if the 5:2 diet will help with portion control and teach me what it's like to really be hungry. My exercise plan is 3-5 times a week, weights included. At the end of this year I will be 50 so I really want to succeed :smile:

    Plan: Continue to log under TDEE method, continue cardio 3x/week, add strength training as needed, increase daily walk to 5 miles a day (currently 4)

    ^This is what I liked about doing Weight Watchers...when I knew someone was going to see my wight and hold me accountable for my loss, you better friggen believe I was going to lose weight...I wasn't going to be "that woman"! If you don't mind organizing it, I think it's a great idea!
