    We had some really heavy rain. So I missed yesterday.

    12.28 miles walked since October 1, 2014 over and above the exercises I've done at the gym. It will be interesting to see what it adds up all to at the end of the month.

    Im in although I am a few days late. I have been planning on starting back with my walking. I took the summer off because its just too dang hot in Florida. I did swim a lot though... Tomorrow I plan on doing at least 2 miles. I am gonna try to get a mile in tonight!

    I would have to look up my exact time.. but for the month, I am at 18.01. I have a challenge with my boyfriend this month to see who can get the most walking miles in. He is at 20.63.

    October 2 - Treadmill 30 mins.
    October 3 - Treadmill 30 mins.
    October 4 - Treadmill 40mins.
    October 5 - Treadmill 45mins (3.2kms)
    October 6 - Hurt back no walking :(
    October 7 - Back still bad :(
    October 8 - Aqua aerobics instead of walking. 60 mins.
