Hello ,
I'm Annaleigh. I'm 25 years old. I'm a life long couch potato and soda addict. I've never really had the energy that other people my age have had. I've been on diets before ,but I always gave up about a month or two in. I knew ,I shouldn't ,but I did it anyway. I realize that if I had just stuck with it ,I would be at my goal weight and wouldn't be sitting here today wishing I had just stuck with it. Not that wishing matters any. You know ,shoulda ,woulda ,coulda ,but didn't!
A few days ago ,I stepped on the scale and saw the numbers 256 ,I freaked out! I was so embarrassed! I never expected that! I knew I was at least 230 ,but I never expected the numbers to be so high. I knew that I had better do something because it truly was a now or never situation! So ,here I am! Fell free to add me ,so we can support each other on this roller-coaster of a journey!0 -

Hi,
I am back to square one with my weight, I uploaded my profile pic for encouragement that I can go back to my happy place again. Life just got to hectic with movingto a new home, new job, kids and home life. It's okay though, I can and will get back to where I feel most comfortable and happy with myself.
