    Looking for encouraging senior friends to communicate with on Fitness Pal. I'm 5'10 and went into shock when my doctor's scale registered my weight at 208! OMG!!! doctor suggested I just set a goal to get below 200. That was middle of Jan. I'm now down to 175, but afraid I'll gain it back.
