    4. at least 10,000 steps a day (weight training 30 minutes a day 2x a week & Barre3 30 minutes a day)... I also use a standing desk at work

    1- 39
    2- 5'10
    3- 136
4- walk 5 miles + daily, cycling, weights, elliptical on high interval setting, running, boxing. Basically do activity outside Walking for at least 6 hours a week, usually more.
    5- maintain on 2100 - 3000

Bit of a very wide spectrum!?

Yep, days I just do walking, I may only use about 300-400 extra, but days I kill it at the gym and walk, or when I cycle a few hours, I can easily add an extra 1000 + calories to maintenance. I tend not to do TDEE method as my exercise regime is variable from week to week, and some weeks I do less, some weeks, more.
