let me just start by saying I have never hated something so much.
I'm 169 pounds 5'11 18 years old and I would post pics but I'm pretty much embarrassed they're super apparent when I wear a shirt without something over it ( sweat shirts / hooded sweater )
any other guys that had a hard time getting rid of them?
I see people around my weight who are pretty much flat around the chest and I have full on man boobs.
Congratulations in losing all that weight.About your men boobs if it not a medical problem they only way to get rid of them is getting rip off the body fat. Chest(Lifting) is not going to do it. Also is no such thing as spot reduction for fat loss. So increase your cardio.
I agree with the above.. there is no such thing as spot reduction. Some fat deposits are really stubborn and the last to go. Keep on cutting with moderate exercise, when you get down below 10% bf it will likely go away. If not then check with your doc, but doesn't look bad right now. You'll probably have more success if you cut down to a lower bodyfat percentage before you start trying to bulk up.

Have you talked to your doctor at all? You might suffer from gynecomastia. It's from excess growth of breast tissue and not fat tissue.
/\ 99% of people who think they have gyno don't. They just have chest fat and no muscle.
Keep working out buddy. You look like you have very little muscle. Weight train hard and you'll see results. That is not gyno.0 -
