I took 2 weeks off due to work/study schedule. Came back last week and had to take 10kg off the squats. Goddamned atrophied thighs.0

My husband. Luckily he hates it slightly less than cardio so he's stuck with it for over a month now. Which is SIGNIFICANTLY longer then he's stuck with any other form of exercise....0
